HUGO FREY SIGNS CONTRACT
Hugo Frey, the well-known composer of
"Uncle Tom," "Havanola" and "Mary," has
signed up for a term of years with T. B. Harms
and Francis, Day & Hunter. Mr. Frey is just
completing the score for a new production to
be presented by Richard Lambert, and the pub-
lishing rights are vested in the Harms house.

The College Book Store, Kingston, Out., re-
cently took an entire page in the Daily British
Whig of that city to list the titles of the pop-
ular, standard and operatic music handled by the
house. The music was carefully classified, and
special attention was given to the new number,
"Christ in Flanders," published by Chappell &
Co., the lyrics of which were reproduced in full
in a special panel.

TWO NEW NUMBERS
"BEAUTIFUL OHIO" A HIT
Two new songs have been added to the cat-
alog of the Triangle Music Publishing Co., a
new rag song called "That's Got "Em," written
by Wilbur Sweatman, author of "Down Home
Rag," and a ballad entitled "Bring Back Your
Love to Me." This latter number has been
given oue of the most artistic title pages pro-
duced in some time. It is in three colors and
features an attractive and striking head of a girl.
"Beautiful Ohio," the song and instrumental
success from the catalog of Shapiro, Bernstein
& Co., Inc., will, without doubt, be one of the
biggest sellers in some seasons. Its sales have
already reached a high figure, and are still on
the upward trend. In addition to this the num-
ber is being included in the national advertising
campaign inaugurated by its publishers for the
May magazines.
