New Itinerary for Pound's Tour—
Will Start in Pittsburgh Next Tuesday
After a Two Weeks* Postponement of the Original Plan, General Manager of Music Industries Chamber of Commerce
Will Start on Coast-to-Coast Speaking Tour on March 18th, Covering the Territory and
Visiting the Cities According to Previous Arrangements
Tt was announced definitely this week that
George W. Pound, general counsel and man-
ager of the Music Industries Chamber of Com-
merce, would start on his coast-to-coast speak-
ing tour on March 18, having completed the
work that called him to New York and Wash-
first schedule, is published in complete form
herewith, and will prove a guide to members
of the trade in various sections in arranging
for the meetings at which Mr. Pound will speak.
The first meeting, according to the itinerary,
will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa., on next Tuesday,
a banquet and had actually issued tickets be-
fore he received news of the change of plans.
Mr. Roberts still retains his enthusiasm, how-
ever, and is now busily engaged in planning a
cordial reception for Mr. Pound on Tuesday.
The meeting will be held at the Pittsburgh

and after elaborate arrangements had been made
in various cities for his entertainment.
The new itinerary for Mr. Pound's trip, which
calls for stops in all the cities named in the
March 18, with the arrangements in charge of
C. J. Roberts, manager of the local warerooms
of Charles M. Stieff, Inc. Mr. Roberts had
worked very hard to bring the local music men
together for Mr. Pound's visit as first scheduled
on March 3. He had made arrangements for

Athletic Association and will be preceded by
a dinner, at which Mr. Pound will be the guest
of honor. W. C. Hamilton, of the S. Hamilton
Co., and Theodore Hoffman, of the J. M. Hoff-
man Co., are assisting Mr. Roberts.
