Of the artists who will appear, Mr.
Schettler will come direct from Berlin,
Germany, for the occasion, Mr Foden from
St Louis, and the Boston Ideal Club from

engaged at large expense. Such a feast

again within a decade at least. The pro-

of remarkable sweetness. The Marine
Band Echo is made in five styles. The one
shown is No. 486, the largest size, contain-
ing 16 double holes, 32 reeds, nickel covers,
brass plates, trio tuned. The results ob-
tainable with it are little short of marvel-
lous. It can be plainly heard when being
played in large halls, and is much in vogue
for concert and dance purposes. Like all
of the other Hohner products it is artistic,
both in construction and in appearance, and
is supplied in a neat hinged pasteboard box.
Harmonica importers are particularly
well satisfied with the business of 1903,
and if like fortune should attend their.ef-
forts during the current year no complaint
will be recorded. A material increase is
acknowledged by the leading firms, but the
most remarkable showing is that of a house
whose consular certificates show shipments
aggregating $450,000. Perhaps persistent
publicity may have had something to do
with this phenomenal showing; in fact, the
efficacy of the work is freely acknowledged.
