THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
A New •• Wonder" Catalogue.
The new Conn "Wonder Musical In-
strument Catalogue," just issued, is a very
attractive and carefully prepared publica-
tion, profusely illustrated. The cover is
an original design, printed in several col-
ors. Conspicuous in a central group are
five lively cherubs, each enjoying the
music it is bringing forth from one or
other of the most famous of the Conn in-
struments.
Page facsimiles of Conn diplomas gran-
ted at the World's Fair occupy prominent
places in the catalogue. Under the appro-
priate heading: l4 Let Others Tell the
Story," many terse extracts are given
from letters written to Mr. Conn from
eminent flute and piccolo players, extol-
ling the merits of the Wonder Boehm
System instruments.
"Sound reasons for the great and in-
creasing popularity of the Wonder Clari-
nets," on another page embody the in-
dorsements of the best known and most
successful clarinetists in America.
"Terse Texts from Letters," is the apt
heading given to a page of testimony con-
cerning the merits of the Conn Saxophone.
Still another page is devoted to eulogistic
statements in favor of the Wonder E flat
Cornet.
The array of favorable opinions under
various headings is really marvelous. It
