Rudolph C. Koch, the successor of Chas.
Reinwarth, is gaining ground as a string
maker. He reports that all of the old cus-
tomers of his predecessor remain with him,
and several desirable new patrons have add-
ed their names to his already lengthy list.
"Our customers," said he, "appreciate
the fact that our strings are second to none
and our prices are the lowest consistent
with the best material and the best work-
manship."
Cluett & Sons, of Albany, are advertis-
ing in a very thorough and up-to-date
manner the various instruments which they
handle. Some recent efforts in the Albany
papers devoted especially to the Pianola
and the A. B. Cameron pianos are very
creditable.

Minneapolis, Minn., March 6, 1899.
Judges Elliott, Simpson, McGee and
Brooks of the district court on Saturday
heard arguments on the allowance of the
account of Wm. M. Regan as assignee of
the Century Piano Company. The items
of chief interest were the attorneys' bill of
Kitchel, Cohen & Shaw for $350, the as-
signee's allowance, which it is claimed
should be $2,000, and John W. Arctander's
bill of $588 for legal services when H. O.
Peterson was assignee. To this Mr. Regan
had filed objections, claiming excessive
charges for minor services and a duplication
of charges. The court took the matter
under advisement.

It describes tho
ANGELIS ORCHESTRAL.
< Played like the Symphony.)
A new and wonderful invention that instantly converts any piano
into a self-playing instrument. In every house where there is a
piano the A-NGELUS ORCHESTRAL is needed. It is
The Master-key that unlocks
the gates of Melody for a l l !
No musical talent on the part of the
erformcr is required. A child that
as never before seen a piano can, with
the aid of the ANGELUS ORCHKS-
TRAL, render the most difficult com-
>ositions in a manner possible to only
poi
he most accomplished and practised
th(
of pianists. Contains (in addition to
the piano-playiug mechanism) two full
sets of organ reeds, which may be
played separately or in company with
the piano.

Instantly applied to any piano —
grand, upright or square — and as
easily removed. No technical knowl-
edge required; the performer has
merely to work the pedals and operate
the stops that control tbe ti ne a i d ex-
pression and thereby render tho most
difficult pieces in a truly masterly
way. Does not scratch or jnjuro tho
piano in the least.
Made in all varieties of polished
woods to match any piano.
The above is a very brief and incomplete account of the
ANGKLUS ORCHESTRAL. Send your name and address on a
postal card and we will gladly mail photos and full description.
Whether you intend to purchase or not, you will be interested
in learning more about this musical marvel of the century.
