here. The company pride themselves on
the fact that they are prepared and are
actually selling their goods at such low
prices that no other concern dare come
here to meet them in open competition.
Their line of instruments is very valu-
able, being headed by the great and only
Knabe piano, and running on through
every kind of musical instrument manu-
factured, as well as all the popular music
of the day, both American and foreign.
The company will have their manufac-
turing and repair shops facing on Second
street, while their salesrooms will beat 209-

at 211 First street, which is their own build-
ing, will contain the general office.

The Wiley B. Allen Co. have leased for
a term of years from the Wiegant estate
the entire building adjoining their own,
cutting away the partitions so as to con-
nect the different floors. In addition to
this they have leased from Mr. Tyler Wood-
ward the rear portion of his lot, facing on
vSalmdn street, and the company will build
on this lot, connecting with Sheriff Fra-
zier's building on Second street (formerly
Posson's seed establishment), which they
have also leased and will occupy, thereby

ASK QUESTIONS;
When a piano manufacturer tells you
his pianos are the best, and that no others
are worth considering, ask questions.
Ask hint "Why?"
As a matter of fact most pianos are
good; the makers would be fcclizk *~ d n
other than their best.
The differences between them are
small, but small things are very im-
portant.
/A is by excelling m many little things
that the WESER PIANO is lifted above
the common mediocrity of pianodom.
Maybe it's the greater elasticity of the
hammers, our new duett uesk or our
