vin. It was made out against W. C. Pen-
field, her husband, who had. been dead ten
years. She would not allow the officer to
make the .lev)', whereupon he got saucy,
She then slapped his face. The officer told
practically the same story, and the Court
dismissed the case, as he believed the offi-
cer had no business in the store.
