keeper, F. O. Wilson, who with Johnson is
charged with conspiracy, has also been held.
Suit was entered a few days ago against
Kirk Johnson by the Lester Piano Co., of
Philadelphia, for $750. They accepted an
accommodation draft for the amount, which
they were compelled to lift.
Johnson's
total indebtedness to the piano company is
about $8,000.
