Again on Deck.
EO. M. GUILD is again in evidence.
He has shaken the dust of Boston
from his feet, and is now located at Lynn,
Mass. We learn from a local paper that
the Guild Pianoforte Co. has leased the
five-story brick building, 215 and 217 Mar-
ket street, adjoining the Boston, Revere
Beach and Lynn Railroad Station, which
will at once be fitted up for the purpose of
manufacturing the celebrated Guild pianos.
A portion of the first floor will be used as
a retail wareroom, and for offices, etc.
Thus another important manufacturing en-
terprise has been secured, which will
doubtless become a valuable acquisition to
Lynn's industries, and is an evidence of
the enterprising character of our citizens.
G
informed that business, both wholesale and
retail, was very satisfactory. Hammacher,
Schlemmer & Co. have established an ex-
cellent reputation for their wares, and their
trade is rapidly extending.
The Lehr Piano=Cased Organs.
LEHR & CO., Easton, Pa., are hav-
ing great success with their seven-
#
octave organs this season. Their factory
is working to its fullest capacity, and they
are experiencing a marked increase in or-
ders over the same period a year ago.
Their piano-cased organs in fancy woods
are remarkable "sellers," and dealers say
they are among the most satisfactory or-
gans on the market—price and merit con-
sidered.
