HE J. H. STIFF PIANO CO., of At-
lanta, Ga., has been incorporated for
the purpose of dealing in all lines of mu-
sical instruments. The incorporators are
J. H. Stiff", of Atlanta; Samuel Hazelton
and J. D. Pease, of New York. The capi-
tal stock is placed at one hundred thousand
dollars, divided into shares of one hundred
dollars each, "with the privilege of com-
mencing business when ten per cent, of
ciipital stock shall have .been paid in, and
increasing the capital stock from time to
time until it reaches the amount of one
hundred and fifty thousand dollars. " The
new concern will be installed within a few
weeks in the establishment now occupied
by Miles & Stiff Co. They will.handle
the Hazelton, Pease and A. B. Chase pianos
and Packard organs.
