Classic Machines in Somerset
I learnt recently of a fun attraction that is sure to be of interest to readers visiting the
north Somerset area, especially if you;re with the family. Torty Evans emailed me
details of classic electro-mechanical pinball machines that can be found within the Fun
City theme park, part of the Brean Leisure Park complex on the Somerset coast. The
machines are housed in two retro arcades: Pinball Wizardz and the Coney Island Arcade.
Also included is a good selection of electro-mechartical shooting games, dating from the
1960s and 70s, and even a few allwins. the park is not open daily outside of school
holidays, so check opening times on the park's website: www.brean.com. I also found
