Smile!
..
Smile! The good old summertime is here. Those beautiful
sunny days. The pleasure of air and light in summery clothing.
The bouncy feeling you get just walking down the street. And
swimming, fishing, golfing, tennis, baseball, all the sports
to captivate the heart and pleasure the mind are back in
booming action.
Smile! It's the good old summertime. The trees are heavy
with green leaves. The flowers scent the summer air. This is
what you looked forward to all during the harsh, cold winter
months. Don't allow the ills of the economy or the scandal of
political intrigue to interfere for even a moment with the
thrilling beauty of summertime.
Smile! At location owners. At bartenders. At waiters and
waitresses. At the patrons in your locations. At everyone.
This is it, the time for stars in your eyes as you look up
at the blue sky and enjoy the warm summer nights with their
glowing, winking stars. This is the good old summertime.
Smile!

people we've met during the mayoral campaign. irs truly a tribute to our democratic
system that so many citizens-of vastly different political views-are willing to sacrifice
their time and energy in actively supporting the things they believe in. We have been
overwhelmed by the friendliness and hospitall1y of the thousands of Omahans we've
met In all sections of the ci1y.

Ed and Cece Zorinsky
{Jood It is with mixed feelings of elation, pleasure, pride and great triumph that we
greet one of the members of our industry , the Honorable Edward Zorinsky , newly
elected Mayor of the City of Omaha , Nebraska, and his very charming wife , Cece .
Ever since he entered the political arena to challenge for the Mayoralty of his
city we have written about Eddie Zorinsky , whom we ' ve known ever since he was just
a youngster, and told of his marvelous efforts in behalf of this industry as well
as for the people of his city and state.
We look upon his great landslide election victory as the stepping stone to ever
greater achievement in his service to the people. We most sincerely hope we shall
be here to see the Honorable Edward Zorinaky attain to the greatest of voter approval
in the years yet to come.
