front casting.
But there's something funny here. That 31,561 serial number
suggests 1915 Mills production, long before the "Owl" Bell was
made. But, if you add a "1" to the serial in front you'll end up
with 131,561 which is right onfor the 1924 OPERA TOR BELL.
Take another look; maybe you missed that "1" the first time.
Yes, there is a Coin Slot Guide. It's No. 24 for the Mills 1918-
1928 Gooseneck Bell Machines.

I've acquired an excellent Mills "Dial" Trade Stimulator with
a revolving world map on the front that advances with play.
The sad part is no mechanism lives in this nice case! Any ideas
on who might have a Dial Mechanism for sale?
