- Kansas House Bill 2063
Dear Dick:
The Kansas Bill has been assigned to the Senate State and Federal
Affairs Committee which is a very favorable procedural advantage
for us .
I feel our chances of getting this matter up and heard
in this session of the legislature has been greatly improved by
this development.
I was fearful that we would get assigned to
the Senate Judiciary Committee, where it may have gotten lost.
I anticipate that we may have hearings within the next two weeks.
If at all possible we would like for you to come back down and
testify before the Senate Committee if this can be worked into
your schedule.
I will call you as soon as I know something more
