ney, Martin Klass, successfully
argued before Municipal Judge Leon
ard Wolf that the case should 'be.,
dropped because the slot machines
did not require coins to be operated.
The charges were filed against Corn
feld after Beverly Hills police
searched his tome Feb. 5.
