used at fairs for two years; uses a specially
prepared batter and shortening; size given
as 6 ft. long by 21 inches wide; machine
is hopper fed, wraps a coating of the batter
around the hot dog, which i cooked as it
goes through the shortening; tests are be·
ing made with a number of other food
items, including shrimp.
