ing Corporation, Chicago manufacturers of coin-operated cup-drink vendors.
Th e very latest type of equirnnent is used in thf! new laboratory to control
the quality of the refrigeration system contained in Lion Beverage V endors.
Moisture, which is one of the major problems in refrigeration, is being checked
daily at Lion by the P205 Analysis Method. Samples of refrigerant (Freon
F 12) for analysis . are drawn from-(1) H ermetic units received from manu-
facturer; (2) Refrigerant as received from supplier; (3) Systems with strainer
coil; (4) Equipment used for charging system with refrigerant; (5) Completed
units with driers after thorough dehydration process. Attention is given every
detail throughout the entire assembly and dehydrat:on process to insure
moisture-free, longer-Zif e units.
