Dear OpeTatoT:
In 1967 MI»! decided that the time was right to convince
you that freeze dried coffee vending was the coffee service method
for the future.
We kneW this would be a challenge, the Canadian
operator has a1ways been conscious of th• need for high quality
service and would not move hastilY to an unproven concept • We
also knell that the facts, th figures, and consumer acceptance were
with us and that these factors could be c1emonstrated,
Now at the end of 1970 we can look out on a solid fourulation
of operator acceptance of freeze dried and the steady developaent of
this in the
u.s.A.
Your interest and willingness to try this approach to
coffee service is sincerely appreciated, Thank you for your confidence,
Best Wishes foT the Coming Season
