Member Robert Chaney of Indianapolis recently purchased this Mills
counter device. It takes nickels, and is 28 ", tall 11 " wide . The inside
WARNING sheet dates it to 1927. It was battery operated and had a
"transmitter tuning condenser." He would like some help as to what
