A Texas Barbecue
TEXAS HOSPITALITY FOR WURLITZER GUESTS
toas out in full display in Houston recently. Wurlitzer of
ficials, distributors and operators were the guests of Hans
Von Reydt at the opening of his beautiful new restaurant
to ~9S1 Main Street, Hmiston. Seen in the office, left to
right—Hans Von Reydt—Guy Nees, President and Gen-
p , . , Ma7iager of the Texas Novelty Comvany—Vladimir
rlnllips ( seated ) — J. E. Broyles from Wurlitzer's North
1 onawanda factory—Theodore Clem—and Earl J. Rey
nolds, Wurlitzer District Manager for the State of Texas.
Later in the day Mr. and Mrs. Von Reydt entertained
their many guests with an appetizing barbecue at their
sumptuous country lodne. Shown above are Hosts Mrs.
and Mr. Von Reydt with J. E. Broyles, standing before
the timbered rustic fireplace of the Von Reydt home. The
barbecue was a complete success, judging from the ex
pressions on the faces of the guests seated around the
long tables under the pines.
