the Rock-OIa Manufacturing Cor
poration formally announces their
new bowling game Rock-O-Ball.
The announcement from Rock-OIa
emphasizes a great many interesting
features of their new product. They
stress particularly the beauty of their
bowling game Rock-O-Ball. As is
well known throughout the industry,
the Rock-OIa factory includes one of
the most modern and complete wood
working plants in the country. As a
matter of fact, the Rock-OIa firm has
a national reputation in the furniture
industry for fine cabinet furniture.
Naturally, therefore, Rock-OIa is par
ticularly well equipped to make a
cabinet of real beauty for their new
Rock-O-Ball.
Naturally, too, Rock-OIa, with their
Woodworking facilities, are especially
equipped to build a cabinet that is
sturdy, and that will stand up on
location for long, permanent oper
ation.
played—the previous high score— and
the number of balls played.
Other Rock-O-Ball features are—
visible coin chute— two veeders, one
which registers the number of games
played, and one the number of high
scores made.
The Rock-O-Ball mechanism is said
to be developed and perfected by the
same trained expert engineers who
built the Rockola Multi-Selector
Phonographs. And, just as in Rock
ola Multi-Selectors, the Rock-O-Ball
Mechanism is immediately distin
guished for its simplicity.
Among the features emphasized by
Rock-OIa is the fact that Rock-O-
®all is separated into three sections.
Therefore, it is entirely portable and
ls as easily moved and installed as
a Pay table or phonograph. The
SeParations are so arranged that they
are absolutely unnoticeable when the
Machine is erected.
.
Rock-O-Ball is 14% feet long with
a 34 inch wide playing area. Rock-
01 a officials explain that this size
^ves the player the greatest possible
^njoyment from the game. In fact,
Rock-OIa officials state that every
thing about Rock-O-Ball is designed
0r the greatest possible enjoyment
°f playing it. The height of the coin
ute and of the playing field is ideal
so arranged that the player does
^°t have to bend down or stoop over.
. ne target is wide and each pocket
ls colored differently.

Machine Frolic in the club and ban

ators’ jobbers and distributors from

from officials of the Frolic.
RE YOU IN A RUT? Putting all your eggs
in one basket is a pretty theme for a song
but it is not practical in operating business.
The operator who has just one type machine is in
a rut— has nothing new to offer his clientele.
Joe Blow, the sage, sez: “Give your customers and
their patrons something entirely different. Such
revolutionary machines as Pace Races, Ray’s Track,
Electric Eye, Reliance, Snake Eyes, and others, will
give you top rating with your locations. You will
be ahead of the other fellow and hard to beat.
Naturally all these winners were introduced and
first shown in “The House of Winners.” They
await your inspection.
