M u lti-S e le c to r: Permits any selection of records. Just press the buttons
and . . . presto . . . as if by madic, your selection of records, in any
order you want them, is played/This is the surest and biggest money-
getting feature in the phonograph business to-day!
A n d the Rockola multi-selector, by the way, is controlled by a special
air cushion to assure smooth operation. (When no selection is made,
the records play consecutively.)
M u lti-C o in C h u te : For 5c and 10c coins, giving one record for every
five cents played. Takes up to 20 nickels or 10 dimes and plays the
respective number of pre-selected records. Equipped with Veeder Counter.
C oin Box: Sej/into the base of the cabinet and is accessible from
the side.
L ig h te d R e cord C h a m b e r: The record chamber, in which is set the
program holder, is flooded with light, so that the program numbers and
names are easy to see and select.
R e a d a b le P ro g ra m H o ld e r: A popular type of program holder is
used which permits easy insertion of program announcements and
makes easy reading for the public.
12 R ecords: The record chamber holds 12 records. Easy to get at
through the front door. Operates on the positive slide-disc principle,
so that all changes are made smoothly, quickly, and noiselessly.
T o n e A r m : Mounted on rubber, counter balanced, and set in ball
bearings. The Rockola tone arm is equipped with latest type of Double­
Dog Trip, which makes it impossible to continue repeating one record
for the same coin.

W e ig h t o f P ic k -U p : The weight of\R o ckola’s crystal pick-up— an
exclusive feature— is only 2 ounces. ThisNis half the usual weight. It does
away with scratching, thereby, giving bVtter tone, and it reduces the
wear of the records, which means your co\t of records is cut down and
you save money.
F lu c tu a tin g V o lta g e : Can be plugged . on any A.C . 60 cycle
current on a fluctuating voltage of from 105
125 volts. The Rockola
is the only automatic phonograph equippec with all the necessary
safety factors to make this possible.
D o u b le -R u b b e r C u sh io n e d : The turn-table tootor, the chassis, the
pick-up, and the speaker baffle,— all of these are individually floated
on rubber mountings. A n d , the entire mechanist is mounted to the
cabinet on a double rubber-insulator. Thus, all ndises and vibrations
are positively eliminated and true musical reproductionVnadean actuality.
Solid C a b in e t: The Cabinet is built for strength and seVvice in Rockola’s
own Woodworking Plant in Chicago. That’s why it is thoroughly cross­
braced, mortised, and glued. It is also the reason why on\y extra heavy
kiln dried lumber is used. The cabinet is, then, hand nibbed to give
it a silken finish. Comes equipped with rubber-tire caster,
