Exhibit, Hotel Sherman, Chicago, Illinois.
Bill of lading and express receipts must
^e mailed to Exposition Department, Hotel
Sherman. Ship in ample time to arrive by
February 17th. It is understood that the
Exhibitor is to pay all charges for trans­
ferring his exhibit material to and from
the Hotel Sherman and assume all respon­
sibility for loss by fire, theft or damage
while it is being transferred. There will
be no eharge for conveying material, ex­
cePt heavy machinery from the receiving
platform, to and from the exhibitor’s booth
and to loading platform.

Storage of Crates:
Exhibitor’s crates and boxes will be
stored without charge and returned after
the show closes. Be sure to mark each
Piece plainly with your name and booth
dumber. No crates or boxes will be *e-
turned before 5:00 P. M. on Thursday,
February 22nd.
Special Work:
Such special carpenter or electrical work
exhibitors may require will be done by
Hotel Sherman on a time and material
basis.
Service Desk:
For the convenience of exhibitors there
*iU be a service desk located in the Main
Exhibit Hall where exhibitors may place
orders for special work, labor, decorating,
signs, etc. Mr. Walter Hughes, Jr., will
o in charge of the exposition for the Hotel
Sherman and can be found or reached at
e Service Desk.
Decorating and Signs:
Standard booth signs are furnished each
exhibitor by the Association without charge.
