at the Annual Exhibition and Convention of the
Coin Machine Industry

All persons, firms, companies, associa­
tions or corporations desiring to exhibit
must file a written application with J. 0 .
Huber, secretary of the Association. Space
application blanks provide for the exhibi­
tor to designate 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
choices, which request the Association will
respect so far as possible, but does not
guarantee to conform to exactly when
allotting space.

The Association will allot all space.
Allotment will've made in order of receipt
of signed application properly filled out ac­
companied by check in full or not less than
1/3 of the total rental space. All unpaid
balances must be paid for in full on or be­
fore February 1st. No person, firm, or
company will be allowed to exhibit unless
the rent has been paid in full.
Exhibitors will, upon receipt of contract,

Shipments:
All Freight and Express Shipments of
Exhibitors, Materials, etc., Must Be Prepaid.
Address all shipments to yourself, your
booth number, in care of The Coin Machine
Manufacturers Association of America, Inc.
Exhibit, Hotel Sherman, Chicago, Illinois.
Bill of lading and express receipts must
^e mailed to Exposition Department, Hotel
Sherman. Ship in ample time to arrive by
February 17th. It is understood that the
Exhibitor is to pay all charges for trans­
ferring his exhibit material to and from
the Hotel Sherman and assume all respon­
sibility for loss by fire, theft or damage
while it is being transferred. There will
be no eharge for conveying material, ex­
cePt heavy machinery from the receiving
platform, to and from the exhibitor’s booth
and to loading platform.

Storage of Crates:
Exhibitor’s crates and boxes will be
stored without charge and returned after
the show closes. Be sure to mark each
Piece plainly with your name and booth
dumber. No crates or boxes will be *e-
turned before 5:00 P. M. on Thursday,
February 22nd.
Special Work:
Such special carpenter or electrical work
exhibitors may require will be done by
Hotel Sherman on a time and material
basis.
Service Desk:
For the convenience of exhibitors there
*iU be a service desk located in the Main
Exhibit Hall where exhibitors may place
orders for special work, labor, decorating,
signs, etc. Mr. Walter Hughes, Jr., will
o in charge of the exposition for the Hotel
Sherman and can be found or reached at
e Service Desk.
Decorating and Signs:
Standard booth signs are furnished each
exhibitor by the Association without charge.
&ns objectionable to other exhibitors not
^^nitted. No signs to extend higher than
2 inches above booths.
