Three more pages and the April issue is closed.
Plans begin immediately to make the MAY ISSUE bigger
and better in every way possible. We are trying hard to
maintain our regular schedule of issuing the magazine on
the tenth of each month. That means that all advertising
and publicity copy for the MAY issue should reach us by
APRIL 25. Last forms close on May 1. It is hardly pos
sible to send proofs of ad copy received later than the 25th
of month preceding publication issue. Promptness in send
ing copy will enable us to improve our service.

THE LOCK
M UCH has been said about
- ......
the slug evil.. . . Forces are at
work to defeat this robber of
profits.. . . But are not losses
as great because too little care
is exercised in choosing locks?
. . . Here is a real problem
deserving action by both the
operator and manufacturer.
. . . Baird lock engineers are
continually developing better
methods of locking.
May we send you details
of the BAIRD system of
locking?
