Barton W. Shipley, head of the
Barton Shipley Operating Company
of Indianapolis, Indiana, has opened
a beautiful new Arcade in the heart
of the business district of that city
and is enjoying a most remunerative
business. He is catering to the best
class of people in the city and is
drawing them. He has about a hun
dred machines on the floor, including
some of the latest and most expen
sive made. All the machines are beau
tifully painted in all colors of the,
rainbow and present a most inviting
appearance. In addition to the dif
ferent amusement machines, he is
operating a refreshment
counter
along with a large popcorn machine
and periodical stand. Mr. Shipley is
catering especially to the youngsters
