buying out of the Gatter Nov­
elty Company of Philadelphia.

the new automatic electric rifle range

vention. The automatic electric
rifle range was a sensation and
M r. Gent is to be congratulated
on his ability to create and per­
fect to such a high degree this
new and different shooting gal­
lery. The rifle range was a
two-gun outfit, though any num­
ber of guns may be used. It oc­
cupied a space of approximately
four and one-half by twenty-
two feet. The guns may be fired
only upon the insertion of a
penny. W hen the trigger is
pulled, an electrical contact is
made at the base of the rifle
stand and the shot is recorded
on the target.
