Operator Is Inventor
The operators Hall o f Fame boasts
some interesting characters.
F.
W . Rohrs, pioneer operator o f
Maryland, is the inventor o f Benzol
motor fuel, and Pantentoline No. 8 ,
another high test m otor fuel. Mr.
Rohr is a regular reader o f the
A U T O M A T IC AGE. His business is
conducted under the name o f the
Rosedale Laboratories, at Rosedale,
Md. His post office address is Box

A Good Suggestion
I have just received my first issue
o f A U T O M A T IC A G E , and it is one
o f the best books fo r this line o f
business.
I am in the peanut vending ma
chines, only been going shortly but
very profitable. Business in Detroit
is fine and I am placing machines
daily.
There is a suggestion fo r operators
as I have found it to be very profita
ble in my line. As I collect and re
fill my machines I leave a small
scratch pad o f paper as these pads
are always a welcome g ift to any
man or in any place o f business. This
is a very small item to figure cost
as I sure get penty o f hot spots from
where my machines are placed. I am
receiving an average o f 2 to 3 calls
a day. One place it was necessary
to place three 1 cent peanut machine
in and I go every other day and re
fill them, this is one q f the places my
pad produce fo r me. M y motto is
“ Give as well as take.”
Would like to hear from any one
in this business and will be only too
glad to tell them just how to make
pads fo r themselves and it sure will
be' a business getter.
